Will Gregg is a native to Orange, Virginia, and has been a year-round resident of the Outer Banks since 2001.

Will has a professional sales background, having enjoyed the profession with such companies as SNL Financial, Piedmont Communications, and The Virginia Sports Network.

Kiirsten first visited the Outer Banks as a child and started
living and working here part-time nearly 25 years ago. She has a special knack for valuing client's needs and has continuously

John Vandermyde

John thought Real Estate might put his degree in Economics to use, so he started in sales in 1994. When home prices began to spike in the late 90's.
John and Heather met around the same time, combining their real estate sales businesses so John could focus on design and construction. After building a team, setting sales records and getting married, John and Heather took a break during the market crash to start a family.
